Product Update 26.2 – Reusable Automation, Agent-Ready Workflows & the New eccenca Marketplace
With the second major release of 2026, eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2 takes another important step toward making enterprise knowledge graphs easier to build, automate, reuse, and operationalize.
This release introduces reusable building blocks for data integration, expands AI-assisted knowledge work through MCP and Companion, and makes the eccenca Marketplace generally available for distributing and installing packaged eccenca Corporate Memory solutions. At the same time, new capabilities in Graph Insights, n8n integration, and system administration make it easier to bring knowledge graphs into everyday enterprise workflows.
Here’s what’s new in eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2
Feature Highlights
- Marketplace: Package and Reuse eccenca Corporate Memory Solutions
- Build: Reusable Rule Blocks, Execution Variables & Agent-Ready Workflows
- Explore: Companion Becomes an Authoring Partner
- Graph Insights: More Visual, More Accessible Exploration
- Automate: Connect eccenca Corporate Memory with n8n
Marketplace: Package and Reuse eccenca Corporate Memory Solutions
With eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2, the eccenca Marketplace becomes generally available.
The Marketplace provides a central registry for versioned eccenca Corporate Memory packages, with a web interface and APIs for publishing, browsing, validating, downloading, and installing packages directly into a connected eccenca Corporate Memory instance.
Why it matters: Knowledge graph solutions no longer need to remain isolated within individual projects or environments. Models, configurations, vocabularies, workflows, and other reusable assets can be packaged and distributed in a controlled way, making it easier to standardize solutions, share proven approaches, and accelerate rollout across teams and installations.
Build: Reusable Rule Blocks, Execution Variables & Agent-Ready Workflows
eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2 makes complex integration logic considerably easier to reuse.
New reusable rule blocks let teams create transformation logic once and use it across transform and linking rules. A dedicated editor, evaluation capabilities, and reusable inputs make larger mappings easier to structure and maintain.
At the same time, new execution variables allow workflows and tasks to be parameterized for an individual run. And with Jinja becoming the default templating engine for SPARQL tasks, teams gain more flexible conditions, iterations, filters, and access to project, global, and execution variables.
eccenca Corporate Memory Build also introduces an embedded Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, opening workspace inspection, authoring, and execution capabilities to compatible LLM agents.
Why it matters: Instead of duplicating transformation logic or creating narrowly configured workflows, teams can build modular automation that adapts to different execution contexts. This reduces maintenance effort while creating a stronger foundation for agentic AI interacting with governed enterprise data.
Explore: Companion Becomes an Authoring Partner
Companion is evolving from an interface for interacting with knowledge into an interface for actively working with it.
In 26.2, Companion can integrate external MCP servers and gains support for creating and editing resources based on SHACL shapes, including SHACL validation. Explore also introduces a new Manage module, providing a consolidated view of system state and administration options.
Why it matters: AI-assisted interaction is no longer limited to asking questions or retrieving information. Users can move toward governed, model-aware authoring while eccenca Corporate Memory continues to apply the semantic structures and validation rules behind the knowledge graph.
This creates a more natural path from understanding enterprise knowledge to actively maintaining it.
Graph Insights: More Visual, More Accessible Exploration
Graph Insights 20.0 makes graph exploration easier to understand at a glance.
Resources can now be represented with images and icons throughout the exploration experience, adding immediate visual context to entities and relationships. A new content-language setting also allows users to switch the language used for captions and descriptions while exploring data.
Why it matters: Large knowledge graphs become easier to navigate when users can recognize resources visually and consume their descriptions in the appropriate language. This is particularly valuable for global organizations and graph applications designed for audiences beyond knowledge graph specialists.
Automate: Connect eccenca Corporate Memory with n8n
eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2 introduces the first release of the n8n Corporate Memory Community Node, available through n8n’s community node ecosystem.
This brings eccenca Corporate Memory closer to the growing ecosystem of low-code workflow automation and gives teams another way to connect governed enterprise knowledge with applications, services, and automated processes.
Operational administration has also been strengthened. New workspace status reporting can surface failed task reports across projects, while cmemc can use this information to provide consolidated system-status checks for administrators and automated operations.
Why it matters: Enterprise knowledge creates the most value when it participates directly in business processes. Connecting eccenca Corporate Memory with n8n and improving operational visibility makes it easier to embed knowledge graph capabilities into broader automation landscapes.
Why Upgrade Now?
eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2 brings together several capabilities that help organizations move from individual knowledge graph projects toward reusable, scalable knowledge infrastructure:
- Build once, reuse more: Reusable rule blocks and execution variables reduce duplicated logic and make workflows easier to maintain.
- Prepare for agentic AI: MCP support in Build and Companion creates governed interfaces through which AI agents can interact with enterprise knowledge and processes.
- Productize knowledge solutions: The new feature eccenca Marketplace makes packaged eccenca Corporate Memory solutions easier to distribute, version, install, and reuse.
- Bring knowledge into more workflows: n8n integration opens another path for connecting eccenca Corporate Memory with enterprise applications and automation.
- Make knowledge easier to consume: Images, icons, multilingual Graph Insights, and SHACL-aware Companion authoring improve the experience for technical and business users alike.
In short: eccenca Corporate Memory 26.2 turns reusable knowledge, automation, and AI interaction into a more connected platform experience — helping teams build once, operationalize faster, and bring trusted enterprise knowledge wherever it is needed.
