eccenca earns Committed Badge from EcoVadis for Sustainability Performance
In 2024, eccenca started to report on ESG activities to EcoVadis, a global leader in business sustainability assessments. With our reassessment in 2025, we could improve our EcoVadis scorecard significantly and have achieved a Committed Badge.
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. EcoVadis’ business sustainability ratings are based on international sustainability standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and the ISO 26000 standard. The ratings provide an evidenced-based analysis on performance and an actionable roadmap for continuous improvement.
Compared to our first assessment in 2024, we could improve our rating in all four core themes. Our top performing sustainability assessment theme was Labor & Human Rights. We continue to work on improving our EcoVadis rating by committing to SBTi and improving our supplier processes.
